Hook and Paddle are the only specialist kayak fishing guides in cornwall. We have a fleet of specialist fishing kayaks, including doubles so you can fish as a pair and we use top quality tackle and bait.  All trips are satellite tracked, use GPS with navionics charts and electronic fishfinders to maximise the chances of a successful trip.  We have a wealth of experience and fish ourselves all year round.  We would be delighted to introduce you to this facinating sport, no experience is necessary.  Similarly if you are already a kayak fisherman we can guide you to the best locations and help you catch those elusive targets.

Trip locations depend on the weather and what fish are around; our guides will advise you and work with you to maximise your enjoyment.  All equipment and bait is provided and the advertised cost includes any tackle losses.  If you wish to take any fish you catch home for your supper we will also help you prepare it.

Cornwall is home to hundreds of species and as the water warms, more exotic species are turning up - gilt head bream are here every year and in the last few years tuna have been seen regularly.  

Trips are either half day or full day - during a half day trip you can expect to spend between 2 and 3 hours on the water and for a full day trip 4-6 hours.

Whatever you choose to do with us, we can guarantee an amazing day - we cant guarantee you'll catch a fish but we will give you the best chance.

Trips include - guide services, use of kayak, paddle, buoyancy aid, windproof cag, dry bag, use / loss of fishing tackle, bait.
